Misrata | Misrata University, represented by the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office, Dr. Ramadan Abu Qudida, participated in a specialized training course on international accreditation (ABET). The course was organized by the International Cooperation Office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in coordination with the International Cooperation Office at Misrata University, and hosted by Benghazi University on October 18 and 19, 2026.
The course was presented by Dr. Walid Salama, an international expert and one of the experts of the Association of Arab Universities. It covered international accreditation standards and requirements, enhancing knowledge of quality assurance and academic accreditation procedures, and supporting the development of educational institutions` performance in accordance with international standards.
This participation comes as part of Misrata University`s commitment to developing its quality assurance and performance evaluation system, and to benefiting from specialized training programs that contribute to raising the level of university education and enhancing opportunities for obtaining international academic accreditation.
