Misrata | Monday, January 12, 2026 - A meeting was held at the headquarters of the administration of Misrata University, which included the heads of the curriculum development committees in the university’s colleges, under the supervision of the director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at the university.
The meeting reviewed the most prominent steps and procedures taken by the colleges in the field of curriculum development, starting with the formation of curriculum development committees, holding their periodic meetings, and following up on the work of developing and updating curricula within the various academic departments. It also discussed the mechanisms for coordination between the colleges and the Quality Assurance Office, and the challenges facing the implementation of development plans.
During the meeting, the need to adopt a clear and organized mechanism for the work of curriculum development committees was emphasized, in order to ensure the standardization of procedures, the organization of tasks, and the continuity of development work in accordance with methodological foundations and approved quality standards.
This meeting comes as part of strengthening institutional efforts aimed at developing and improving the educational process and raising the quality of curricula, thereby contributing to better educational outcomes and achieving the university`s goals at all stages of the educational process.
