Misrata | Monday, February 9, 2026 - The Faculty of Human Medicine at Misrata University organized a motivational meeting for the faculty staff, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty and the Secretary General of the University, as part of supporting job performance and enhancing the institutional work environment.
The meeting addressed the importance of the role of employees in supporting the educational and administrative process, and the need to promote team spirit and institutional belonging in order to improve the quality of services provided within the college.
At the conclusion of the meeting, outstanding employees who received promotions were honored, along with those who have dedicated more than twenty years of service, in recognition of their efforts and contributions to the development of administrative and service operations. This gesture reflects the college administration`s commitment to supporting and motivating its human resources.
