Considering the Appeals Submitted by Top-ranking Students (Announcement)

The Department of the General Registrar makes an announcement to the top-ranking students whose names have been noted by the committee, formed based on the decision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 231, 2022 regarding the consideration of the students’ appeals.
The General Registrar also announces to all the students, mentioned on the Ministry’s Facebook page, who have grievances, appeals, or missing documents, to urgently submit them to the Department of the General Registrar, no later than Wednesday, 07/09/2022.
Required Documents:
Original graduation certificate and transcript + photocopy (with quality seal)
Electronic birth certificate (with the national number)
