Misurata University Signs a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the University of Jufra

In furtherance of cooperation and for opening up new avenues of joint action and togetherness between Misurata University and the various educational institutions in the country, and of course with a view to the achievement of total complete benefit and the exchange of experiences among all educational institutions, Misurata University signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with the University of Jufra on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in accordance with the cooperation programs between institutions and scientific authorities, in addition to strengthening academic, research, and applied collaboration, for the development of human resources, and creating a strong connection between the two universities concerning the various scientific and academic fields.
During the ceremony, Misurata University was represented by Dr. Faraj Ali Abushaala, while the University of Jufra was represented by Dr.Yousef Jalala. Items of the agreement included:
1 Establishing joint cooperation plans along with implementation mechanisms and tools and the departments of both universities.
2 Exchanging visits of faculty members and experts to give lectures and participate in symposiums and scientific gatherings .
3 Exchanging publications, leaflets, books, periodicals, thesis and research papers between the two universities.
4 Providing exchange support to postgraduate programs at both universities.
5 Doing joint or direct supervision on scientific research submitted for purposes of receiving promotion or merely for publication.
6 Cooperating in the provision of educational, academic, technical or administrative consultancy services.
7 Contributing to the development of curricula for postgraduate programs and working on the promotion of scientific research, writing, translation, and exchange of scientific information.
8 Playing a role to the development of training programs for teaching assistants, employees, and research assistants in a way that assures maintaining the educational and scientific work of the two parties.
