Misrata | May 10, 2026 - The Misrata University Council held its fourth regular meeting for the year 2026 this Sunday afternoon in the meeting hall of the Faculty of Education, chaired by the University President, Professor Dr. Bashir Abu Bakr Al-Qunaidi, and attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Secretary General, the Registrar General, the Deans of the Faculties, and the Director of the University Council Affairs Office.
The meeting began with a review of the minutes of the previous regular meeting and a follow-up on the implementation of agreements reached during past meetings. The council also discussed the items and recommendations contained in the minutes of the previous meeting and took the necessary actions regarding them.
Furthermore, the council discussed the progress of the educational process across the university`s various faculties for the 2025-2026 academic year, reviewed preparations for final examinations, and monitored quality assurance programs aimed at improving academic and administrative performance to enhance the university`s progress toward achieving its educational and research goals.
