Misrata | Misrata University participated in the national finals of the Hult Prize International Social Entrepreneurship Competition, which was hosted by the city of Misrata, with wide participation that included 122 participants representing 13 universities from 11 Libyan cities, in a national event that brought together young energies and entrepreneurial ideas aimed at finding innovative solutions to social and economic challenges.
The university made an active presence in this event through the participation of its students in the competing teams, in addition to the contribution of a number of university students in the organizational aspects and preparation for the event, reflecting the spirit of initiative and teamwork, and confirming the growing role of university youth in supporting scientific and innovative activities with a national and international dimension.
The competition, in its various stages, saw the formation of 230 teams during the initial preparation phase, along with the implementation of 12 preparatory events and 18 training activities aimed at developing participants` skills in social entrepreneurship and innovation. This culminated in the final stage, where a group of teams competed to represent Libya in international competitions.

This participation reflects Misrata University`s commitment to supporting its students and empowering them to engage in impactful initiatives, encouraging a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, and contributing to the development of young leaders capable of making a positive impact on society.
