Misrata | On Sunday, April 12, 2026, the first meeting of the Committee for Evaluating Documentation and Archiving Systems in the university`s colleges was held at the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office.

The meeting reviewed the indicators and criteria that will be used to evaluate the documentation and archiving systems in the colleges, including administrative and academic aspects, as well as admissions and registration systems, student files, faculty members, and staff.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of including the extent of electronic system implementation across various aspects of the educational and administrative processes within the evaluation criteria. This will enhance performance efficiency and improve the quality of services provided.

This evaluation aims to study the current situation and identify the most significant challenges and obstacles facing colleges in implementing modern systems for document management, documentation, and archiving, striving to achieve the highest levels of institutional performance.
