Through this new step, Misurata University aims at strengthening its position in the area of electronic education and digital content, within the framework of the tireless efforts made by Misurata University for permanent development and continuous improvement in the field of electronics at the university. Thereby, with the Grace of God and thanks to the tremendous efforts of good people, Misurata University got the membership at EON Reality Initiative for augmented reality/ virtual reality education, and providing solutions for digital education after the pandemic. EON Reality is an organization that was found in 1999, and it has branches in more than 15 countries at the continental level, as it covers Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. It pays attention to the applications of virtual reality /augmented reality, through which educational and training programs, as well as stimulation of training programs in classrooms and laboratories can be implemented, as the initiative provides opportunities of practical training for more than 5000 students, with an experience of more than 20 years in the development of the actual standard for augmented reality/ virtual reality education. Indeed, EON Reality has the largest electronic training library, as well as stimulation programs for various sciences and programs, including AR/ AV. The library consists of more than 8000 applications with 40 million users from all around the world. The program also provides EON Reality scholarships to students from other universities and academic institutes. Additionally, the initiative provides financial support for establishing and launching XR programs that are brand-new in the post-COVID-19 pandemic world, according to its decades of experience in working with governments, and international and governmental agencies.
