Misrata | Thursday, December 18, 2025 - The “Role Model” campaign was launched today at Misrata University, through the distribution of awareness leaflets and posters in a number of the university’s colleges, corridors and public squares, as part of efforts to spread awareness and promote positive behavior within the university community.
The campaign was carried out under the supervision of the Student Awareness and Guidance Office at Misrata University, in cooperation with the Red Crescent Society, and with the participation of volunteers from the university’s students, as part of an awareness program aimed at consolidating positive values ​​and preventing negative behaviors.
This initiative comes in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, through the Student Awareness and Guidance Department of the Ministry, within its plan aimed at supporting awareness activities in educational institutions.
The official launch ceremony for the campaign at Misrata University is scheduled for Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the Faculty of Education auditorium.

The "Role Model" campaign focuses on raising awareness about the dangers of drugs and psychotropic substances, addressing negative social phenomena, and highlighting the risks of cyber extortion, thereby contributing to increased awareness and the building of a safe and positive university environment.
