Misurata | June 1, 2025 - The Faculty of Information Technology at Misurata University celebrated the third National Information Technology Day on Sunday morning. The event, organized by the General Union of University Students, was attended by the university president, the dean of the faculty, a number of college deans, a member of the municipal council, several dignitaries from the city`s institutions, and a group of university students.
This day is an important occasion to enhance communication between the various components of the technical community and open channels of dialogue with a number of major companies regarding the extent to which IT colleges` outputs meet the requirements of the labor market.
The event featured diverse dialogue sessions aimed at spreading technical awareness, with the participation of institutions from Misrata. A collection of outstanding graduation project summaries were also presented, reflecting the level of innovation and creativity of the college`s students in various technical fields.
