Misrata | Thursday, May 21, 2026 - Misrata University organized a ceremony to honor the students who won the “Challenge of Minds” chess championship, which was organized by the General Union of University Students, in cooperation with the University Activity Department, at the University Presidency Office, as part of supporting student activities and developing mental and intellectual skills.
The ceremony was attended by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Bashir Abu Bakr Al-Qunaidi, the President of the General Union of Students of Misrata University, the Director of the Activity Department at the University, and the President of the Sub-Federation of Chess, where the winning students were honored in recognition of their outstanding performance and competitive levels that reflected high skills in thinking and concentration.
The university administration congratulated the winning students on their achievement, praising all the efforts made by those responsible for organizing and ensuring the success of this event.
