Misrata | June 30, 2026 - The Faculty of Pharmacy at Misrata University received, on Tuesday morning, the audit team of the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions, at the start of a field visit, as part of the college’s procedures aimed at obtaining institutional accreditation.
The visit began with a welcoming session attended by the Vice President for Academic Affairs at Misrata University, the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at the University, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, faculty members, heads of departments, and office directors. During the session, the audit team was briefed on the college and its academic and administrative programs, before commencing the visit program, which includes reviewing documents and files, and conducting field visits within the college facilities to learn about the various academic and administrative aspects.
The visit aims to assess the college`s compliance with quality and institutional accreditation standards, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process and contributing to the development of academic and administrative performance in accordance with approved national standards.

The audit team`s work will continue until July 2, 2026, to complete the visit program as per the plan approved by the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions.
