Misrata | The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at Misrata University held a coordination meeting today, Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources, chaired by the Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at the university, and attended by the heads of quality departments in the university’s faculties, in order to follow up on the progress of quality work and enhance coordination between the various academic units.
The meeting discussed the latest developments in quality assurance across the colleges, the level of implementation of performance improvement plans and programs, and reviewed the most significant challenges facing quality assurance departments. It also explored appropriate mechanisms to address these challenges, aiming to enhance performance efficiency and achieve integration in the application of the quality assurance system at the university level.
Furthermore, the meeting addressed several topics related to meeting quality and institutional accreditation requirements, monitoring the implementation of development plans, and emphasizing the importance of standardizing procedures and exchanging expertise among colleges. This will strengthen the culture of quality and align with approved national standards.
This meeting is part of the regular meetings held by the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at Misurata University, aimed at supporting the colleges` efforts to improve academic and administrative performance, and enhancing the quality and institutional accreditation process to achieve the university`s goals and aspirations for excellence.
