Misrata | The Faculty Affairs Committee held its thirteenth regular meeting for the year 2026, today, Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the University Administration headquarters, in the presence of the Chairman and members of the Committee.
The committee began its meeting by reviewing the minutes of the previous meeting held on 26/03/2026, which were approved. It also reviewed the responses received from the scientific research evaluation committees, discussed the scientific promotion requests submitted by faculty members, and examined the issue of academic and scientific settlements.
The committee also considered requests to change the status from teaching assistant to faculty member, studied the submitted grievance requests, and discussed any new related business.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the committee affirmed its commitment to completing the review of all files in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislation, thereby strengthening the principles of fairness and transparency and contributing to the support of the educational and research process within the university.
