Misrata | April 6, 2026 - The Human Resources Development Office at Misrata University organized a specialized training course for university employees entitled: "Building a Work Culture and Enhancing Institutional Belonging," as part of the university`s commitment to developing administrative competencies and enhancing the institutional work environment.
The training course began yesterday, Sunday, and will continue for three days. It is being held at the Human Resources Training and Development Center.
The course aims to raise employee awareness of their professional roles and develop their skills in navigating the work environment, thereby contributing to a stronger sense of organizational belonging, improved administrative performance, and enhanced service quality within the university.
This course is part of a series of training programs implemented by the office, within the framework of the university`s strategy to invest in human capital, considering it the cornerstone of achieving institutional excellence.
