Misrata | On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at Misrata University organized a specialized training workshop entitled: “Performance Evaluation Questionnaires: From Design to Analysis Using Google Forms and Artificial Intelligence Techniques,” with the participation of quality coordinators in the scientific departments of the faculties of Engineering, Oral and Dental Medicine and Surgery, Information Technology, and Health Sciences.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Ramadan Abu Qudida, who reviewed the practical aspects of designing questionnaires according to a precise scientific methodology, starting from defining the objectives and formulating the questions, up to preparing them electronically via Google Forms, and the mechanisms for publishing and collecting their data in an organized manner that ensures the accuracy and integrity of the results.
The workshop also addressed the use of artificial intelligence tools and techniques in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing analytical reports to support decision-makers, which contributes to raising the efficiency of academic and administrative processes and enhancing the effectiveness of institutional evaluation systems.
The event witnessed significant participation, with a clear focus on practical applications and their connection to real-world work within the colleges. This reflects the university`s commitment to developing its performance evaluation system and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
