Misrata | The Faculty Affairs Committee at Misrata University held its eleventh regular meeting on Wednesday evening, March 4, 2026, to discuss a number of topics on the agenda related to the academic and administrative aspects of faculty members.
The committee began its work by reviewing the minutes of the previous meeting held on February 12, 2026, which were approved after discussing the observations contained therein.
The committee also reviewed the responses received regarding faculty promotion files, in addition to examining submitted promotion applications and taking the necessary actions in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The meeting also addressed several academic, scientific, and professional settlement files, in addition to reviewing requests to change status from teaching assistant to faculty member, in accordance with the approved regulations. The committee also discussed transfer requests submitted by some faculty members before concluding its work by considering any other related matters.
