Tripoli | The Director of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Office at Misrata University, Dr. Ramadan Abu Qadida, and the Dean of the Faculty of Human Medicine, Dr. Hisham Abu Dabbous, participated in a meeting held on December 22, 2025, at the headquarters of the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions, chaired by Dr. Rajab Al-Akashi, Director General of the Center.
The meeting addressed a number of topics related to developing the quality of medical education, and ways to support medical colleges, especially the Faculty of Human Medicine at Misrata University, in order to align academic programs with approved accreditation standards and enhance opportunities for obtaining international medical accreditation.
The meeting also reviewed the mechanisms of cooperation between the university and the National Center in the field of quality assurance, and worked on developing clear paths to improve academic and training performance, in order to support the quality of educational outputs and meet the requirements of institutional development.
Representatives from Misrata University emphasized the importance of continued coordination with the National Center for Quality Assurance, which contributes to supporting the university`s efforts to raise the level of medical education and achieve approved quality standards.
