Misrata | Monday, December 15, 2025 - The Faculty of Health Sciences at Misrata University held a specialized workshop today, Monday, entitled:

“Advanced Digital PCR: Principles, Applications & Hands-on Training”.
The first day of the workshop focused on the theoretical aspects of Digital PCR, one of the latest and most accurate genetic analysis techniques widely used in medical and research fields. Participants learned the fundamental scientific principles of the technique, its operational mechanisms, and its most prominent advanced applications in molecular diagnostics and medical research.
The practical program of the workshop is scheduled to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 16 and 17, 2025, in the laboratories of the Department of Medical Genetics at the College of Health Sciences, where participants will receive direct practical training (Hands-on Training) on ​​the use of Digital PCR technology. This will contribute to enhancing their scientific and applied skills in the field of genetic analysis and advanced molecular technologies.
