Misrata | Wednesday, November 12, 2025 AD, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Misrata University organized a workshop this morning entitled “Diagnosis and Control of Epidemic and Zoonotic Animal Diseases (Q Fever - Peste des Petits Ruminants - Lumpy Skin Disease)”, at the Dr. Ali Fahmi Khashim Theater at the Faculty of Education.
The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, the Registrar General of the University, and the Director of the Environmental Health Department in Misrata, along with a number of specialists and those interested in the veterinary field. It included an explanation of the workshop`s themes, objectives, and its role in developing veterinary personnel.
This event comes as part of the university`s efforts to advance the veterinary field, promote health awareness and scientific research in zoonotic diseases, and support environmental sanitation and public health.
