
Misrata | Monday, November 10, 2025 - The Faculty of Arts at Misrata University witnessed this morning the launch of the activities of the Faculty’s cultural season, which was held in the conference and workshop hall, in the presence of a number of academic and administrative figures at the university, and a group of those interested in economic and media affairs.
The events began with an opening lecture entitled "The Decline of the Libyan Dinar and the Future Prospects of the Current Crisis," which included an analytical reading of the most prominent reasons for the decline in the value of the Libyan dinar, and reviewed the current economic challenges, in addition to discussing a number of proposals and possible options to enhance monetary stability in the country.
The lecture received a wide response from the attendees, through discussions and interventions that enriched the session and contributed to clarifying visions about the future of the national economy.
This cultural season is organized as part of the Faculty of Arts at Misrata University`s efforts to revitalize intellectual and academic activity within the university and to strengthen its role in addressing current national issues with a spirit of academic and professional responsibility.
