The Faculty of Law team qualifies for the finals of the Arab Human Rights Moot Court Competition.

The University of Misrata`s Faculty of Law team achieved a distinguished academic achievement by qualifying for the final stage of the First Arab Human Rights Moot Court Competition, hosted by the Qatari capital, Doha, under the supervision of the United Nations Training and Documentation Centre for South-West Asia and the Arab Region.
Approximately fifty university teams from various Arab and international universities participated in the competition. Only six teams qualified for the final stage, including the Faculty of Law team at Misurata University, after a vigorous and serious competition.
The college will be represented in this competition by the following students:
- Iman Ismail Al-Farjani
- Aisha Muhammad Shanina
- Raghad Al-Siddiq Al-Sour
- Sondos Ismail Al-Mahjoub
Under the supervision of the following professors:
- Mr. Musa Abdul-Hafiz Al-Qunaidi
- Mr. Mansour Abdullah Abu Ruwaila
- Mr. Youssef Mukhtar Al-Mustari
The final oral pleadings are scheduled to begin next October, with the participation of the qualifying teams.
