The President of Misrata University follows up on final preparations for the launch of the International Sports Sciences Conference

An expanded meeting was held this morning at the General Administration headquarters of Misurata University, chaired by Professor Ibrahim Daghman, the university`s acting president, and attended by members of the Scientific and Preparatory Committee for the International Scientific Conference on Sports Sciences. The meeting was part of the follow-up on final preparations for the launch of the conference, scheduled to be held on Wednesday and Thursday, July 23 and 24, 2025, in Misurata.
The meeting discussed a review of the conference`s general program, the mechanism for receiving guests from inside and outside Libya, the readiness of the designated halls, the organization of the scientific sessions, and media equipment, as well as technical and technological aspects to ensure the orderly conduct of the sessions.
This conference embodies the commitment of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in partnership with the Misurata Sports Office and in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Sports Sciences, to supporting scientific research in the field of sports sciences and highlighting the latest research and studies, in line with international academic and professional standards.
