Thursday, July 10, 2025 – The Faculty of Engineering at Misurata University welcomed a specialized team from the Security and Safety Department of the Libyan Iron and Steel Company to assess security and safety measures at the college`s facilities. The visit included a field tour of educational buildings and laboratories, where the readiness of safety equipment, emergency plans, and methods for handling hazardous materials were examined.
This visit comes as part of the college`s efforts to foster a safe learning environment that complies with quality standards and institutional accreditation. It also reflects the ongoing cooperation between Misurata University and national industrial institutions to exchange expertise and enhance professional practices.
