Registration Department

The Registration Department includes the following units:
a. Admission, Registration, and Student Affairs Unit.
b. Student Activity Unit
c. Alumni Unit
They are supervised by the registrar of the Faculty.
a. Admission and Registration Unit
The Admission and Registration Unit is specialized in the following:
1. Receiving the lists and documents of applicants, reviewing them, and performing the required procedures.
2. Performing procedures such as student transfer, registry, suspending and renewing registration.
3. Managing affairs of foreign students.
4. Preparing lists of students' names admitted to the various existing departments.
5. Preparing student registration records.
6. Preparing certificates that are required from registers.
7. Issuing student cards.
8. Organizing field trips for students in collaboration with concerned authorities.
9. Preparing statistics and data of students.
b. Student Activity Unit
The unit is responsible for supervising cultural, social, sport, and art activities, in addition to performing the following tasks:
1. Organizing educational programs and holding competitions and various cultural activities.
2. Supervising the training of students in sport activities, providing the necessary facilities and equipment, organizing sport competitions inside and outside the university.
3. Organizing social activities and research in the faculty, public service projects, and camps.
4. Planning social activities in the faculty.
5. Arranging trips and camps.
6. Supervising the training of sport teams and arranging competitions, exhibitions and celebrations.
7. Arranging faculty’s participation in the programs, projects and competitions held in the university.
8. Equipping and maintaining stadiums, sports facilities, and other various activities.
9. Issuing cards for students taking part in different activities highlighting information about their health, fitness, and punctuality.
c. Alumni Unit
The Alumni Unit has the following responsibilities:
1. Receiving and keeping records of student results.
2. Informing concerned authorities with the names and grades of graduates.
3. Issuing graduation certificates and transcripts.
