Responsibility Of Quality Management Office


Quality Management Office is responsible for the execution of three major functions:

  • The Quality Assurance Program, which integrates quality methodologies throughout all the centers and units to support effective planning, performance, control, assessment, and improvement of work processes; and the quality of testing and training services.
  • The Standards Based Management System (ISO/IEC 17025), which is the mechanism by which the laboratories develop, integrates, and demonstrates conformance to requirements and conveys related information to staff.
  • The Performance Based Management System, which supports the development, communication, and flow down of Laboratory Goals, Objectives, Measures and Targets.  This function establishes programs and processes to evaluate, assess, and report on organization and system performance with the objective of early identification and resolution of vulnerabilities that may impact achievement of Laboratories objectives.
