  • Drafting steering and development budgets in accordance with the principles and rules determined by the competent authority.
  • Implementing the University’s approved budgets according to their intended purposes and within the limits of what is authorized for each item or section, all in accordance with the laws in force.
  • Keeping registers, books and entry procedures that are necessary to all financial operations.
  • The preparation and payment of salaries and due financial benefits to staff members.
  • Issuing tickets for delegates on official missions and disbursement of necessary advances at the expenses of travel and overnight allowances.
  • Performing the necessary reconciliations of the University’s accounts with the expenses, and preparing memos for the settlement of differences.

  • Disbursement of petty cash and imprests and making the incumbent settlements in due time.
  • Participating in annual, periodic and spot inventories.
  • Taking all necessary actions to ensure the soundness of disbursement and the preservation of the University funds.
  • Participating in the work of committees and task forces related to office’s activity.
  • Participating in seminars, symposia and scientific meetings of related activity both domestically and abroad.
  • Preparing annual and periodic financial reports.
