On Thursday, 25-August 2022, the workshop hall of the Faculty of Arts, Misurata University, witnessed the closing ceremony of the training workshops targeting faculty members at the level of Libyan universities, which were organized by the Association of Arab Universities AARU, hosted by the University of Misurata and supervised by the University’s Training and Development Center for Human Resources.
The closing ceremony began with a speech by the President of the University, "Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Danfour", who thanked and appreciated the efforts made by the trainers, participants and organizers of the event, expressing his gratitude for the fruitful cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities.
This was followed by an online speech by the Secretary-General of the Federation of Arab Universities, “Prof. Dr. Amr Salama”, in which he commended the good organization and hosting, welcoming more partnerships and professional and academic cooperation with the University of Misurata and Libyan universities in general.
Prof. Dr. Jamal Al-Naas, Deputy for Scientific Affairs at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, gave a speech on behalf of the participants in the workshop, in which he thanked the University of Misurata and those responsible for managing and organizing this event.
The ceremony ended with the distribution of certificates to the participants and the honoring of the trained teachers, and everyone exchanged words of praise for the success of this distinguished event.
